AssetWise Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer, has joined forces with the Faculty of Architecture, Kasetsart University to launch the project “ASW x Arch KU: Designing the Right Life with Sustainable Living in Mind”. This initiative aims to enhance the teaching of architectural design by providing students with real-world design experiences from industry experts in real estate. AssetWise will contribute guest speakers to create a special atmosphere focused on designing condominiums under the concepts of GrowGreen and Wisecology, which emphasize developing residences that meet the balanced lifestyle needs of all generations while caring for the environment. Additionally, AssetWise will provide a design challenge based on real residential spaces in WisePark, aligning with modern trends. This collaboration aims to unleash the potential of new urban designers through knowledge transfer from experts, hands-on site experiences, and the creation of residences that promote a happy and sustainable society. Students with outstanding designs will receive a cash prize of 50,000 baht.

Mr. Weerapun Wiphanpong, Deputy CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited stated about the collaboration with Kasetsart University, “Partnering with a leading educational institution like Kasetsart University to harness the potential and prepare architecture students for the real working world reflects AssetWise's commitment to developing quality personnel and driving the Thai real estate industry towards sustainable growth. Our experts will share knowledge and encourage students to think creatively about designing buildings that align with the concepts of GrowGreen and Wisecology, focusing on the happiness of residents while creating a sustainable community. Students will see models of how to apply these concepts from the WisePark Minburi project, which they will visit closely. Furthermore, we have taken real spaces in WisePark as the basis for the design contest, allowing students to design condominiums according to the context of the area and the needs of actual residents. We are confident that we will see highly creative design works from all students. AssetWise is committed to continuing such initiatives to provide learning opportunities through practical experience and to pass on sustainable development ideas to the new generation.”

On the other hand, Dr. Ratphum Pakarnseri, Deputy Head of the Architecture Department, Faculty of Architecture, Kasetsart University stated, “The Faculty of Architecture recognizes the importance of learning beyond textbooks and has continuously updated the curriculum to meet the trends of modern architecture. Collaborating with a leading real estate developer like AssetWise is a great opportunity for students to broaden their horizons and learn closely from experts to understand how to successfully develop projects that meet the current global trends, both in terms of the needs of different generations and environmentally friendly design, which is a major challenge requiring knowledge integration from various fields. We thank AssetWise for paving the way towards a stable future for architecture students through this project.”
